The Edge of Expression Seminar: Navigating Emotion, Voice & Creative Risk Through the Zones of Regulation

$535.00

Explore the space between what is felt and what is expressed. In this 3-hour seminar, participants engage in a guided creative process that integrates the Zones of Regulation with breathwork, visual art, and reflective practices to better understand emotional states and how they influence communication, behavior, and connection.

Through a series of structured and intuitive exercises, participants will identify where they are within the Zones (Blue, Green, Yellow, Red) and explore how expression shifts across each state. Using mixed media—ink, watercolor, oil pastels, and layered paper—participants will create expressive works that map the “edge” between internal experience and outward voice.

The process includes breath-based regulation techniques, timed creative prompts, and opportunities to safely “cross the edge” into authentic expression without pressure for perfection. Participants will leave with a deeper awareness of their emotional patterns, practical tools for self-regulation, and a visual language for expressing what is often left unsaid.

This seminar is ideal for teams, educators, and organizations seeking to build psychological safety, strengthen communication, and support emotional intelligence in both individual and group dynamics.

Pricing includes up to 10 participants.
